Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and assisting with sales in the technology department. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Assist with sales in the technology department, including electronics sales
- Handle cash and perform cash handling duties with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to callers with professionalism and courtesy
- Bilingual candidates may be required to assist customers in multiple languages

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a cash register is preferred
- Basic math skills to handle transactions and provide accurate change
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to upsell products and services to meet sales goals
- Knowledge of technology products is a plus, especially in electronics sales
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professionalism when answering calls
- Bilingual candidates are highly desired to assist diverse customer base

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
